SmaX delivers high security access control for SME's
BQT, a company that provides access security solutions for some of the UK's most sensitive government buildings has developed a new low cost, high performance, access control solution for SME's, called SmaX. The SmaX system is IP based, has a simple to operate web-based interface and is fast, easy to use and extremely cost effective to install.
Being an IP solution, SmaX can be operated by any designated personnel, from any PC/ PC's, at any location within the organisation, whilst still giving the operator the ability to monitor, authorise and record all access movements. Its web-based interface requires minimal operator training and can be completed in just a few hours. This means the system can be up and running on the day of installation and reduces ongoing operating costs. It also means that it is fast and easy to install, driving down installation costs.
Peter Gaymor, of BQT, Europe said, "SmaX has been developed specifically for SME's and is ideal for organisations with a requirement to secure between 6 -20 doors. We have invested heavily in the development of this product over the last two years, and believe that we now have a unique access solution, that makes high security an affordable reality for any small to medium size organisation that takes its security responsibilities seriously."
BQT UK offers a full software / hardware support service.
