Aerodrones to reveal new generation of UAV Ground Control Stations
After its commercial successes these last two years, the innovative French company Aerodrones, specialized in in small-UAV Portable Ground Control Stations, will be launching the new 2009 version of the "AED- PGCS" software series at the Paris Air Show.
Ergonomic is focus number 1:
"AED- PGCS" belongs to the latest generation of software based on the most recent technologies developed by the company. They provide the most intuitive user interface available today.
According to Aerodrones, complex cutting-edge tools must be made very easy to use in order to provide a real efficiency to the end-user.
The ergonomic design is indeed a priority for the company which has always put a lot of effort into considering how a feature will be used before implementing it.
The user can turn on the computer and have all mission plans and tools available in less than 30s. Automatic device detection, touch screen support associated with intuitive icons, full screen contextual display providing only relevant data during the flight, allows operatives to get started quickly and to conduct their observation missions with real efficiency.
