DefenCell lightweight, compact, easily deployed range of defensive protection system will be display on the J & S Franklin stand at DVD09, Millbrook, Bedfordshire, from 24th to 25th June 2009.

DefenCell is a lightweight, compact, easily deployed range of defensive protection system that can be used in a variety of roles, including defensive structures such as walls, sangers, bunkers, anti-terrorist crash barriers and even flood defences.
On show will be:
The DC4 / DC2 DefenCell Barrier Walls designed for perimeter security, ballistic protection and blast mitigation.
The DT1 DefenCell (a lightweight barrier wall) that is ideal for the compartmentalisation of camps, offering total protection against shrapnel and bullets. It has also recently been used as a "bullet trap" in live firing training.
DefenCell ground stabilisation panels, for building vehicle hard-standings, and HLS (Helicopter Landing Site), and DefenCell geotextile fabric for ground preparation.
Held at Millbrook, in the UK, DVD09 is one of the most important events in the defence equipment calendar. Organised by the MoD for vehicle, battlefield infrastructure and related support services industries, it provides an opportunity for users, specifiers and manufacturers to share expertise and discuss requirements, leading to more effective solutions in a wide range of sectors.
