Derco, Telair Sign Distribution Agreement For Military Market

MIESBACH, GERMANY, December 2003

Telair International, a Teleflex Company (NYSE:TFX), announced today it has reached an agreement with Derco Aerospace, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, under which Derco will serve as an AOG Center and Spares Distributor for military aircraft product designed and manufactured by Telair.

The distribution agreement is for three years effective immediately and exclusively covers all Telair products on the A10, C-130/L-100, C5, F-5/T-38, F-14, F-16, S3 and P-3 aircraft platforms worldwide except those supplied by Telair to Japan, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Bell/Textron, the United Kingdom Royal Air Force (RAF), and the Royal Australian Air Force.

Derco Aerospace (www.dercoaerospace.com) is a leading supplier of military aircraft parts and services and maintains the largest and most diversified military spares inventory in the world. Telair has provided aircraft actuators for more than 35 years.
