Nippon Cargo Airlines Selects Telair Cargo Systems For
New B747-400F And B747-400SF Orders Up to A Total of
Eleven (11) Airplanes

MIESBACH, GERMANY, June 7, 2004. Telair International, a Teleflex Company
(NYSE:TFX), announced today it has received firm orders from Nippon Cargo
Airlines (NCA) for complete main and lower deck cargo loading systems for three
(3) new B747-400F production Freighters, with an option for one (1) additional
Freighter, and four (4) B747-400SF Special Freighter conversions, with the
option for an additional four (4) Special Freighters.

The production Freighters will be delivered to NCA in 2005-2006. The Special
Freighters - modified B747-400 Passenger aircraft - will be delivered to NCA
between 2007-2012. The B747-400F systems will be installed as a Buyer
Furnished Equipment (BFE) application through Boeing in Seattle prior to the
delivery of the aircraft, while the B747-400SF systems will be installed through
Boeing authorized conversion site.

test, compare, and select our new B747-400 Special Freighter cargo loading
system in 2004, against the latest technology,� Hauner said. Earlier this year
Cathay Pacific Airways announced it would be the first-ever carrier to convert a
B747-400 Passenger aircraft into a Special Freighter, choosing to install Telair
equipment for this critical launch.
