SELEX Galileo announces export contract for Mirach 100/5 target drone
SELEX Galileo is proud to announce the signing of a contract with an undisclosed country for its operationally proven Mirach 100/5 target drone.
The contract, worth about €4M, will see the company supplying ATS systems which include targets, ground control station and mission management system. The new customer has, under a service contract with SELEX Galileo, been operating a fleet of Mirach drones over the last 4 years.
"Over the last 20 years, our best-selling Mirach has proven time and again its ability to provide realistic threat simulation at an effective cost." said Fabrizio Giulianini, CEO of SELEX Galileo, adding "This contract reinforces this view and, having conducted a number of flight campaigns with other potential customers, we are confident that we will see further sales in the coming months".
