Invitation to support ICAO AVSEC activity
As part of its continuing mission to assure the security of aviation worldwide, ICAO is organizing its own dedicated conference platform to discuss aviation security measures and their implications for the future.
I would like to draw your attention to this event, "Managing Tomorrow's Aviation Security Challenges" planned for 26-28th October 2004 in Merida, Mexico. See www.simply-events.com/icao.
We are putting all of efforts into assuring attendance from the senior policy makers throughout the Americas region as well as the international network of ICAO. The final programme can be found on our website above.
While carefully limiting the commercial emphasis of this event so that it does not overwhelm the core conference element, we welcome support from the supplier community (See www.simply-events.com/icao/ICAO_Floorplan.pdf for list of current exhibitors). To such an extent we have commissioned Simply Events Ltd. (organizers of the Air&Port Security Expos & publishers of ASI) to manage the sponsorship opportunities.
I hope that you will be able to support this key AVSEC event on our calendar for 2004 and have the opportunity to network with us in Mexico.
I suggest if you haven't already done so, please contact the Managing Director of Simply Events, Adrian Broadbent, at the organizing team on 44 208 542 9090 or abroadbent@simply-events.com to discuss what options are available. Or if you simply wish to attend as a delegate then complete this registration form and return to ICAO - www.icao.int/icao/en/ro/nacc/meetings/2004/AVSECSeminar/AVSECregistration.pdf.
Yours sincerely,
Dominique Antonini
