Japan Airlines International Selects Telair Cargo Loading
Systems For B747-400SF Conversions

Telair International announced today it has received a firm order from Japan Airlines International (JAL) for main and lower deck cargo loading systems serving the airline's conversion of three (3) B747-400 Passenger aircraft into B747-400 Special Freighters. The order includes the option for main deck systems serving an additional four (4) Special Freighters. The conversions are scheduled to take place between in 2005 and 2007 "Japan Airlines International is one of the most distinguished carriers in the world, and their validation and selection of our cargo systems for these conversions demonstrates again that Telair will lead this market by offering both the best technology and the best 24/7 service worldwide,� said Axel Ha uner, Telair President.

"Three prestigious airlines have this year announced they will convert B747-400 Passenger aircraft into B747-400 Special Freighters, and all three have selected Telair cargo loading systems for their landmark launches.�

Telair earlier announced that Cathay Pacific Airways and Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) have signed firm contracts for cargo loading systems serving a combined total of ten (10) B747-400 Special Freighters - with the option for systems for an additional ten (10) B747-400SFs - through the end of the decade. In these announcements Telair further stated that Cathay Pacific Airways had purchased main and lower deck systems for one (1) new B747-400 Freighter.
