Cargolux Orders Telair Systems For New B747-400 Freighter
Telair International announced today it has received a firm order from Cargolux Airlines for main and lower deck cargo loading systems for one (1) new B747-400 Freighter to be delivered in October 2005. The new freighter becomes the eleventh B747-400 Freighter aircraft Cargolux has chosen to exclusively equip with Telair cargo loading systems, dating back to 1997.

Boeing Corporation will install the main and lower deck systems as Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) in their Everett facilities before delivery of the A/C to Cargolux.
The Telair B747-400F main and lower deck cargo loading systems combine exceptional low weight with robust hardware and intelligent power drives units that uniquely act to protect themselves from damage and also to alert the cargo master to preventive maintenance.
Cargolux is Europe's largest all-cargo airline, currently serving 90 destinations - 50 these ports on scheduled all-cargo flights. More than 1300 Cargolux employees maintain 85 offices in 50 countries.
