Former NATO Supreme Commander Adm. James Stavridis, USN (Ret.) Joins Thinklogical Defense and Intelligence Advisory Board
Thinklogical LLC, the worldwide leader in secure, high performance extension and switching systems for video-rich application environments, announced today that Adm. James Stavridis, USN (Ret.), the 16th Supreme Commander of NATO, has joined the Thinklogical Defense and Intelligence Advisory Board.
Formerly the Thinklogical U.S. Federal Advisory Board, the purpose of the Defense and Intelligence Advisory Board is to foster solution innovation while deepening the company's global relationship with government, military, intelligence and homeland security customers.
"Current events on the world stage reinforce the ongoing need to maintain physical and cyber defensive postures at maximum readiness. Thinklogical's systems play a key role in the delivery and visualization of mission critical data used every day by military and intelligence communities worldwide," said Stavridis. "I'm excited to join the Thinklogical team and fellow D&I Advisory Board members to help the market understand the power of Thinklogical's secure and accredited solutions."
Thinklogical's fiber optic-based audio, video and peripheral signal extension and switching systems are used in visual computing environments such as C4ISR, command and control centers, and other secure applications. The company's patented technology enables multi-domain isolation and control of key computing resources and their associated networks, while empowering rich collaboration capabilities across authorized functional groups and organizations.
Thinklogical's products are designed and manufactured in the USA, and are the only fiber optic-based KVM and video routers accredited to The Common Criteria, EAL4, NATO NIAPC Green Status, and TEMPEST.
"It is an honor to have a leader with Adm. Stavridis' experience join the Thinklogical Defense and Intelligence Advisory Board," said Joe Pajer, president and CEO of Thinklogical. "His understanding of our defense customers' needs will enable us to create superior products that best meet the solution requirements of this important market."
With his appointment, Stavridis becomes the fourth member of Thinklogical's Defense and Intelligence Advisory Board members, joining Arthur L. Money, Chairman of the United States National Security Agency (NSA) Technology Advisory Board, Peter Marino, Chairman of the United States National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Advisory Group, and former USAF Chief of Staff Gen. Norton A. Schwartz (ret.).
"The caliber of military and civilian leadership who have been drawn together to form Thinklogical's Defense and Intelligence Advisory Board is clear validation of the important role that Thinklogical plays in the global defense, intelligence and security communities," Pajer added.
