Ricor Systems Acquires 51% of Seraphim Optronics

Ricor Systems has acquired 51% of Seraphim Optronics. Seraphim specializes in electro-optic surveillance and security equipment for covert-imaging surveillance for special operations, intelligence gathering missions, technical ambush, border control, and force protection. For the first time, Ricor Systems and Seraphim Optronics will be presenting their solutions together - at AUSA 2013, October 21-23, Washington, D.C., Israel Pavilion Hall B, Stand #2458.

As part of its growth process, Ricor is expanding its portfolio, reflecting its interest in additional areas of technology. Combining the two companies enables a deeper understanding of the needs of the modern battlefield.

According to Mr. Nissim Alfasi, Ricor's CEO, "We are proud to announce the acquisition of 51% of Seraphim Optronics, which has allowed us to expand our areas of activity and enable our customers to enjoy a wider spectrum of solutions. We deliver a range of advanced solutions covering both core technology as well as systems, which we will continue to expand in the future as new products are added to the mix."
