TELAIR International Reaches Record Numbers in PDU Production
TELAIR International, a Teleflex Company, announced today that it has reached a historic milestone in its Power Drive Unit (PDU) production, delivering its 100,000th PDU in August of this year.

PDUs are installed in the cargo floor. They are electrically activated and move the containers and pallets through friction with their rubber rollers. Telair has developed different types of PDUs during the last 20 years, in different sizes for different aircraft applications (both main and lower deck). Today, Telair is able to provide the smallest units in the industry, delivering unprecedented low weight and reliability figures.
