RESON is among the sponsors for the 1st International Waterside Security Conference and Exhibition, 25th-28th August in Denmark.
The conference will comprise plenary lectures on Maritime Security given by representatives from the French Presidency of the European Union and from the Department of Homeland Security in USA. Moreover, plenary lectures will be given on Maritime Domain Awareness and on the Mine Threat to Global Maritime Security.
A total of 72 papers have been accepted for presentation at the Conference, with 45 papers from Europe, 22 from Canada and USA and 5 papers from Japan and South Africa. The substantial interest shown in the Conference from scientists, engineers and naval officers from 16 countries underlines the international need for a conference on Waterside Security.
