RESON to participate at WEDA30 and TAMU 41

Danish company, RESON A/S, world-leading manufacturer of high quality underwater acoustic sensors, echo-sounders, multi-beam sonar systems, transducers & hydrophones, will be participating at the Western Dredging Association, Annual Dredging Seminar - WEDA30 & TAMU41.

"Dredging Works for the Economy and the Environment" will be held at Rio Mar Wyndham Resort, San Juan, Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, South America, from Sunday 6th June to Wednesday 9th June 2010.

On display on Stand No; 41 will be;

HydroBat - a high-resolution multi-beam echo-sounder.
A new cost-efficient sonar which bridges the gap between single-beam echo-sounders and high resolution multi-beam sonar systems. HydroBat - is an entry-level multi-beam system operating at 160 kHz and covers a swath of 120°.
It is not only compact and easy to use, but the software interface is intuitive, and as with all our products, we offer online support to our clients, wherever they may be.

PDS2000 Software - a user friendly software package for any kind of survey, positioning or dredging activity.
It offers an integrated solution to survey planning, data acquisition, editing, chart production and volume calculations. The PDS2000 interfaces with many sensors and is manufacturer independent. Data is visualised graphically and numerically as soon as it is received. Data is processed online and ready for charting and volume calculation immediately after the survey. Quality is controlled using graphs and alerts. PDS2000 allows for seamless use of datafiles between data acquisition, editing, chart production and volume calculation.

SeaBat 7125 - a multi-beam sonar system for small surface vessels.
SeaBat 7125-SV offers a number of new and unique features. The transceiver provides an integrated multiport serial card and is optionally available with PDS2000 pre-installed providing data acquisition and display as well as data processing on the same hardware platform. Four video outputs allow multiple surveys and helm displays to be run. Roll stabilization and variable swath coverage of up to 140° featuring 200kHz and 400kHz frequencies allows users to optimize the combination of swath and resolution given the best overall results

SeaBat 7101 - a multi-beam sonar system
The RESON SeaBat 7101 offers a number of new and unique features. The new top side transceiver provides an integrated multiport serial card and is available with data acquisition with display as well as data processing on the same hardware platform. Four video outputs allow multiple surveys and helm displays to be run. Roll stabilization and variable swath coverage of up to 150° featuring at an operating frequency of 240 kHz offers a preferred combination of swath and resolution.
