ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GROUP - GREATEST EVER PRESENCE AT DSEI
The globally reaching ATLAS Group is finalising preparations for DSEI. The Group has a sizeable stand, S2-372 in the South Hall, an unmanned platform in the waterborne demonstration, plus equipment on board the Swedish vessel. This makes the ATLAS Group presence in 2013 the greatest ever at a DSEI.
The Group has grown considerably since DSEI 2011, having set up a number of new subsidiaries invarious different regions around the world to support their globally reaching export business. This is reflected in the presence at DSEI and our ability to showcase a number of Group products. These include the renowned SeaFox vehicle for mine disposal, the SeaOtter from our family of AUVs, the iconic Cerberus diver detection sonar, and Hagenuk with SEICAM 5000 and SEICAM 5066, all of which are in-service equipment with a number of navies worldwide.
Outside the hall, we are also supporting the naval activities dockside. We are taking part in the waterborne demonstrations displaying our new ARCIMS unmanned platform and offering DSEI attendees the opportunity to attend the Global Launch of this new product on Day 2. We are also delighted to have the support of the Swedish vessel HMS Vinga who will be hosting visitors and showcasing the ATLAS Group products that are on board - IMCMS, SeaFox and Cerberus.
Sam West, Marketing Manager for ATLAS ELEKTRONIK UK said: "This is deemed to be the biggest DSEI yet and we are proud to be a part of it. The fact that ATLAS Group has so much to show reflects how our business has grown over the past few years and we as a company have majored on bringing concept technology demonstrators to full product maturity. In the UK, we are proud to have grown the turnover of our business by over 40% and our percentage of exports has grown from 15% to nearly 40%.This is upheld by the actual products that we are showcasing at DSEI 2013 which are now in service and have stood the test of time."
